All Queens

About this Project

All Queens will host two immersive, weekend-long Quests for up to 15 system-impacted women and LGBT+ individuals from New York City. Each Quest will be a three-day healing and leadership retreat designed as both a rite of passage and a training ground. Participants will engage in circles that are a tool for emotional development that promotes healing, workshops, and experiential activities that help them heal from trauma, connect with a supportive sisterhood, and build the skills to lead healing-centered sessions in their own communities. By the end of each Quest, participants will be better equipped to carry these practices into families, neighborhoods, and correctional facilities across NYC.
